We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, here's how returns work — plainly stated, no fine print.
**30-day return window.** You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we're unfortunately not able to offer a refund or exchange.
**To be eligible for a return**, the item must be in the condition you received it — unused or gently tested, with original packaging where reasonable. Items that have been used heavily, damaged after delivery, or returned without their core packaging may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
**How to start a return.**
Email ops@axionventuresgroup.com with your order number and a brief reason. We'll respond within 12 hours during business days (Monday–Friday) with a prepaid return shipping label. You don't pay for return shipping.
**Refunds.**
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear in your account.
**Damaged or defective items.**
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, send a photo to ops@axionventuresgroup.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll process a replacement or full refund without requiring a return.
**Non-returnable items.**
Gift cards and final-sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase) are not returnable.
**Cancellations.**
You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Email ops@axionventuresgroup.com with your order number as soon as possible — we can usually cancel within the first 6 hours after the order is placed. After that, the item is typically already in the warehouse pipeline and we'll need to process it as a standard return.
