Just a tight selection of things that solve a real, visible problem — sourced carefully, shipped from US warehouses where we can, and backed by a return policy we actually honor.

## Why one product at a time?
Because the alternative is the kind of store everyone's tired of: thousands of items, three-week shipping from somewhere across the world, and customer support that's a button you click into a void. We didn't want to build that. So we don't.
When we launch a product, it's because we've ordered it, tested it, taken it apart, and decided we'd actually put our name on it. If that takes longer, it takes longer. The trade-off is worth it.

## What you can expect from us
**Honest shipping estimates.** If it ships in 3–8 days, we say 3–8 days. We don't promise "lightning-fast" and then ship in three weeks.
**A real return policy.** 30 days, prepaid labels, refund processed within 5–7 business days of the item arriving back. No restocking fees. No "must be in original packaging with all tags attached" gotchas.
**Customer support that replies.** ops@axionventuresgroup.com goes to a real person who actually reads what you wrote. Average reply time under 12 hours during business days.
**No artificial urgency.** No "only 3 left in stock!" theater. No countdown timers that reset when you refresh the page. We're not going to manipulate you into buying something you don't want.
