### Orders & Shipping
**How long does shipping take?**
Most US orders ship from our US warehouse partner within 24 business hours and arrive in 3–8 business days. Some products may ship from an international partner with longer transit times — we always state expected delivery on each product page.
**Do you ship internationally?**
Not at the moment. We're focused on the US market while we get the experience right. International expansion is on the roadmap.
**How will I know when my order ships?**
You'll get an automated email when the order is placed and a second email with tracking information when it ships. Tracking links work in the carrier's site (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
**My order's been longer than expected. What do I do?**
Email ops@axionventuresgroup.com with your order number. We'll check tracking and reply within 12 hours during business days. If the package is genuinely stuck or lost, we'll resolve it — replacement or refund, your choice.
**Do you offer expedited shipping?**
Not on every product. If a product offers expedited shipping, the option appears at checkout.

### Returns & Refunds
**What's your return policy?**
30 days from delivery. We email you a prepaid return label, you ship the item back, and once it arrives at the warehouse your refund goes through to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
**Is there a restocking fee?**
No.
**Does the item need to be in original packaging?**
Reasonably yes — we just need to verify it's the unit we shipped and that it's resellable. Scuffed packaging is fine. Smashed-to-pieces packaging makes it harder.
**What if my item arrives damaged?**
Send a photo to ops@axionventuresgroup.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll process a replacement or full refund — no return required for damage cases.
**Can I cancel an order before it ships?**
Yes — email ops@axionventuresgroup.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually cancel within the first 6 hours; after that it's likely already in the warehouse pipeline.

**Are your products covered by a warranty?**
Most products carry a manufacturer warranty (usually 12 months). Specifics are listed on the product page. If there's a defect within the warranty window, contact us first and we'll coordinate.
**Are your products tested?**
Yes — we order, test, and document every product we launch before adding it to the store.
**Where are your products manufactured?**
This varies by product. Each product page lists country of origin.

### Payment
**What payment methods do you accept?**
Major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. PayPal as a secondary option.
**Is checkout secure?**
Yes. Shopify handles all payment processing with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We never see your card details.
**Will I be charged sales tax?**
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a tax-collection obligation. The amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.
